Veterinarian. Dr. Robert W. Kirk was born May 20, 1922 in Stamford, Connecticut. He received his B.S. from the University of Connecticut in 1943, and his DVM from Cornell University in 1946. He married Helen M. Grandish in 1949 and they have three children. Dr. Kirk's work in companion animal medicine is internationally recognized.
